SESSION 2:  June 18-21 ….. “Big Sky Country”

M-O-N-T-A-N-A, Montana, I love you!  Join us for a week of celebrating Montana pride, as we introduce campers to the treasure of Big Sky Country.  Campers will be exposed to the Montana flag, Bitterroot flower, Western Meadowlark, famous landmarks, and animals.  Campers will have opportunities to make Bannock bread, try huckleberry products, and other Montana goodies!

SESSION 3:  June 25-28 ….. “Montessori’s Kitchen”

GMA is proud to offer our very first cooking camp!  It is designed to reflect Montessori Practical Life principles while children learn to prepare food.  Campers will experience new tastes and learn to collaboratively cook with their peers.  As an added bonus, these cooking projects will be tied in with children’s stories!  Note: please address any dietary/allergy concerns on your child’s medical release form.

SESSION 4:  July 9-12 ….. “Construction”

Does your child like to build and create?  This camp is for them!  Campers will be introduced to the concepts of architecture through hands-on building and creating.  Legos, cardboard buildings, fort building, and inventing will entice campers to learn more about the science and art of construction.

SESSION 5:  July 16-19 ….. “Under the Sea”

Go “under the sea” with this fun-filled week of ocean themed activities and crafts!  This camp will spark children’s curiosity about oceanography as they dive into the magical marine world.

SESSION 6:  July 23-26 ….. “Artists at Work”

This camp is a terrific introduction to the various types of arts and crafts.  Campers will learn about sculpture, painting, and water color.  Campers will learn about important artists and may even get to visit with local artists in our community.
