Admissions Process

Our admissions process is fashioned to provide you with sufficient information about Grace Montessori Academy and to provide us with sufficient information about your family to ensure that the school’s educational program is the optimal learning environment for your child. Here is the process:

1. Visit the school: We ask that all interested family schedule a time to visit our school so they may observe the classroom environment.
2. Application: Click here to print a registration form. Rreturn the completed form to Grace Montessori Academy, 125 25th St W., Billings, MT 59102. You do not need to wait until after you have visited the school to submit a registration. You may do so at anytime.
3. Waiting List: Your child will be placed on our active waiting list and you will be notified by mail or phone if we are able to place your child.
   

   a. Children are selected from the waiting list according to the needs of the individual classroom communities. We strive for communities that reflect balance and diversity in age and gender.
   b. If we are unable to find a place for your child, we will contact you in late spring, asking if you would like to remain on the waiting list or withdraw. It is possible that your child may be accepted later in the spring or even over the summer if a place becomes available.

4. Enrollment: If your child is accepted into our program, we will contact you to confirm enrollment. We will then mail you a welcome packet containing enrollment information. Please return this, along with a non-refundable $75 admissions fee, to the school.
